Commercial Contract
A Producer of Trade Brochures had entered into a contract with a Printer to print his brochures at specific times and agreed that payment would be made within 30 days of his collecting the Brochures from the Printers premises.
The Printer sued the Producer for not collecting the brochures when available and for not settling invoices within the 30 day period.
The Producer had a cash flow problem and the dispute was settled when he agreed to settle outstanding invoices by monthly payments over the next six months.
